Our research group is composed of young students and scientists who love challenges and achievements in the newly discovered and developed engineering and scientific world.

As a professor in the field of semiconductor design and integration, my work encompasses a range of topics, including developing innovative solutions for improving signal and power integrity in electronic systems, enabling the integration of diverse functions onto a single chip, and exploring new approaches to semiconductor packaging and chiplet systems. I am particularly interested in leveraging machine learning techniques to optimize signal and power integrity, and in exploring the use of through silicon via (TSV) and interposer technologies for enabling heterogeneous integration of integrated circuits. These research areas have the potential to revolutionize the way we design and manufacture electronic systems, and to enable new applications that were previously thought to be impossible. I am excited to be at the forefront of this research, and I look forward to sharing my progress with you all. 

Every member in our group wants to be happy on their own personal life, at the same time, enjoy our hard works. In the future, I hope that the students will become the leaders of their research areas and believe that is the way how we can help the humans and our earth get better everyday.
